Rubbish reports claiming the fight is on for November, but if you were Eddie Hearn, would you want the fight this year? A lot depends on whether or not Fury is stripped of the belts. If he is then I can see this being made, but not as early as this November.

Wlad has very limited options. Have to wait and see what the governing bodies decide to do, but you'd imagine they'd strip Fury of all the belts and push for Wlad-Joshua. It's a mega fight. A stadium fight which equals £££££ and that's the key thing. It's a crossroads fight and no other fight will make the type of money that Wlad-Joshua would make (off the top of my head Wilder-Joshua would make a mint, but that's unrealistic so soon with Wilder coming back from injury).

 

And thinking about it, if the fight was made for next year and both fighters have a tune-up, the risk is is that one of them gets injured. Governing bodies won't want another delay.

Also, Klitschko can do 50,000 in an outdoor arena in Germany.

So it should be in Germany,tell Eddie Hearn to take his Bingo halls and piss off.

It sounds like Wlad-Joshua is pretty much a done deal, but I'll laugh if it's Haye next.

 

I'd be very surprised if this fight happens now. Very surprised. But if it does, I'll give Joshua the kudos I've been holding back on. I'd certainly want to watch the fight - the first time so far I'd watch a Joshua fight because I want to, rather than because I feel I should do.
