We should hear something some time next week. I think Frampton can comprehensively beat LSC in a rematch. He's simply a better all-round fighter. Santa-Cruz is pretty horrible. If Frampton was to win that, a unification title fight against Lee Selby could take place next summer. That fight would put a lot of bums on seats. Can't see why it can't happen. It's a big fight in the UK, plus Hearn and McGuigan have done business before with Quigg and Frampton.

Will be another hard close fight. COuld go either way

I don't think the first fight was that close. Frampton fought with his heart late on and was getting tagged with big shots, but I think he won the fight pretty clearly.

    I think SC edged it.

I don't see any case for Slotha Cruz winning that fight. It was the same fight as Thurman-Porter. Competitive and exciting, but both Frampton and Thurman won clearly.

Unless Frampton were to underestimate Slotha Cruz, he'd win again. Slotha Cruz can only fight one way and his ring IQ is pretty low.

Yep. The only real way I see LSC beating Frampton is if Frampton lets his hands go recklessly in close and becomes so exhausted, playing in to Santa Cruz's hands. If Frampton fights with his head, I give LSC little chance in winning.

that's absud. A lot of person had the fight for SC or a draw, while nobody had Porter winning against Thurman.

The overall quality of work came from Frampton for me.

Yeah, I can understand scoring it for Frampton, as he did the better work. But there was nothing clear about this fight. SC was more active in a lot of rounds. Pretty much everyone thought it could go both way before the scores were announced.

CF did promise LSC a rematch and hopefully this one takes place.

Ironically, CF is probably more at risk in front of a partisan home crowd than he is in LA.

Good for Frampton, he could have taken the win and dined off of it for a few easier defences
