Spence beats both these clowns, but of the two, Thurman is without question more dangerous fight him. Ironically enough though, I think Spence would stop Thurman quicker than Garcia.

BUT, I see Spence-Garcia as basically a mismatch. EJ would give Cherry a VERY one sided beat down. Garcia struggling to stop the straight left of Guerrero tells you everything you need to know for how he'd fare against Spence.

I've counted out Cherry Garcia in two of his biggest fights, and both times he proved me wrong. So I can't completely discount him here.

He needs to dig Thurman's glass body from the jump.

I could see envision him beating Thurman.

But yeah, Spence is on a whole different level. Mismatch.

I don't dismiss Garcia's chances against Thurman at all. I think Garcia is better than Porter, although that would make for an excellent fight, as well.

I think Garcia/Thurman goes to a very competitive decision and I'll even lean Garcia, in part because he is having this tuneup fight.

 

I could actually see Garcia doing some damage to the body with that left hook on Thurman.

Keith has the edge in hand speed, power, and athleticism, but his chin is still a question mark, and he is very vulnerable to the body.

He might be a slight favorite, but this is far from a given that he will beat Garcia.
