    I remember having watch the first 'Jack Reacher' movie, but I don't remember a single thing about it...only the feeling of 'forgettable movie'.

    Jack Reacher was easily one of the best films of the past 2 or 3 years that I saw, especially coming from the action genre. To be honest I think it was even better then the last Mission Impossible movie. I've seen it 4 or 5 times and I'm really looking forward to the sequel.

    Than the last one? I think so. You just have new movie syndrome. If you saw both for the first time on the same day you may feel differently about it.

    I could be wrong though because I haven't rewatched the last MI movie yet. It wasn't disappointing but I do remember being under whelmed by it and I felt it wasn't as good as the previous 2 MI films.

    He's thinking of Edge of Tomorrow and maybe you are too. No wonder you guys don't think highly of Jack Reacher because you're talking about a forgettable sci fi flick that sucked instead of the correct film. I'm pretty certain there was no beach scene in Jack Reacher.

    Are you serious? With that horrible fucking ending? The aliens were always everywhere and pretty much unstoppable but at the end, they become kind of beatable for no other reason then it was in the script.

    Disappointing.
    Could have been great but they decided to cliche the fuck out it in the worst possible ways and in particular: a shitty, teenage-girl-with-attitude who may or may-not be Reacher´s daughter....just to bog things down.

    Otherwise, its just like Jason-Bourne-type-guy-on-the-run-with-some-romantic-interest-and-a-kid-in-tow

Dude's ability to reset the day lead him to be able to retrieve the device that would show him the location of the Omega and with the help of J Squad and the Angel of Verdun he was able to destroy the Omega, which was the brain of the Aliens, with a few well placed grenades at the bottom of the Louvre
