I agree that Loma beats him Valero was not shite. Because he got overrated by some now he's been relegated to near bum status to make up for it. Shite human being? Yeah. Shite fighter no.
To be fair my stance has never changed on Valero from when he was alive and active. I've always thought he was horrendously overrated.
valero reminded me of monzon. looked shitty but was a nightmare for his opponents. obviously he did not accomplish what monzon did or prove as much. just saying...his method, motion, deliberate way of doing things reminded me of monzon
You've said this before. I don't see it. He was nothing like Monzon. To start, Monzon set up behind a piston jab. Valero wasn't exactly a big time jabber. Monzon was also harder to hit. I dunno who Valero fought like, but not Monzon. If any fighter some similarly to Monzon, it's probably Antonio Cervantes.
