I've never played the game. My son has completed 4 of the games. It looks good though.

Of course Xplosive will say that I'm only interested because of Fassbender, but I'm curious to see it because of the success of the games. Interested in Warcraft for similar reasons

I want a live action, big budget, Sonic The Hedgehog movie!

 

I have to admit that I wasn't interested at all in this film, but this clip sold me: it looks like a throwback to those great swashbuckling & western films of the past with the classic, literal cliffhanger. Now I want to watch this film.

Soon as I saw this was a video-game-to-movie, I didnt even bother with the shitty trailer.....not a single computer-based game has been made into a half-decent movie...

You were right: this film got atrocious reviews and bombed with a $17.7 million debut. Disastrous numbers for a $125 million budget film.
