season is early. The numbers will separate even further as the season progresses. The only thing that will help is klay once in a while feeling like he is nothing and have something to prove, while Curry fakes his bullshit enthusiasm and durrant pretends to be happy for him.

C'mon man. At some point last season Klay averaged less shots and points then he did by the end of the season, and at some point he averaged more. That's how variables work man.

It would also be weird if every player in the NBA carried the exact same statistics from season to season. Really fucking weird.

On no, George Gervin is averaging 2 less points then he did last season. Artis Gilmore must be sucking up all his mojo. I'll bet they fight in the shower.

Currently, Durant's Averaging 27, Steph 26...1 or Both of Them WILL Average Closer to 30, Before the End of the Season....

Fuuuuuuuurthermore, Look @ Draymond's Scoring from Last Year to This Year...14 to 10.2

Something HAS to Give, and that "Something" Will Be Klay Thompson and Draymond Green's Scoring...

...Speaking of Narratives People Stick Their Guns To w/NO Evidence...

Westbrook has a CAREER Average of Nearly 8dimes a Game AND he Averaged Over 10 Per Last Season...But Yeah, he "Torpedoed" Kevin Durant...

    Okay...

    So what? :dunno:

Of course some guys are going to take a hit on their averages when you bring in a guy like Durant. Not sure why it's a big deal. They want to win. Draymond don't really give a shit about his points. I think he gets a kick out of filling out his stat sheet all over the place, like he normally does.

The Variable You and Neil CHOOSE to Ignore is the Addition of a 3-4 Time Scoring Leader to a Team w/a Guy who JUST Averaged 30 and Two Others Coming Off the BEST Scoring Seasons of their Careers...

I wasn't even referencing Westbrook. I like Westbrook. I think he's going to win the MVP this year. This is a different style of ball Durant is playing this year, that's more suited to him.......and he has more then 1 or 2 other guys on his team that are worth a shit, and better coaching.

I was referencing all the turmoil in the Warriors locker room that you seem to be predicting.

If it's a blowout they will come out, if it's close they will stay in. Just like with Klay.

Which Brings Us Back, Full Circle to Klay's OWN Comments..."I'm NOT Sacrificing Shit"...And if You Think Draymond Green is COOL w/Reverting to Non-All Star Status, REED Thinks You're SADLY Mistaken...

Remember, Steph, Klay and Draymond WON a Championship, 73 Games and Came within Minutes of Repeating as World Champions WITHOUT Kevin Durant...It's NOT Like Durant's Making THEM Better (Klay and Draymond, Specifically), and they've Already WON w/Out His Ass...

To Think there WON'T Be Any Drama Along the Way is Some "We Are the World", Kumbaya Type of Shit...Hell, Draymond Had a Locker Room Tirade LAST YEAR, in the Midst of an Epic Season for the Team...

Luke Walton's 26-0 Run (or Whatever it Was) FOREVER Sabotaged Kerr, as the Coach of Golden State...

Steph's 2015-16 Shot Selection ALONE, Bolsters the Point You're Making...Granted, Dude was MAKING them, but there AIN'T a Coach in the World, on ANY Level of Basketball, that Wants a Motherfucker Heaving Shit Up from Half Court, Unless it's a Buzzer Beater...

Whether they Make a High % of them or Not...

Hey, I'm partway with you. Durant is no guarantee and Bogut was an X factor for them. Bogut was also a huge question mark as far as his health and how long he could ever stay on the floor for this team. Durant was the safest way they could reload and still stay pretty young and healthy...........the fact he's All World doesn't hurt either.

Draymonds a hothead. I think he'll stay loyal to his own dudes though, and Durant is now one of his dudes.

its not about him purposely torpedoing durant. its just his style of play. its not conducive to making durants life easier. he's not a consistent shooter so he doesnt space the court off the ball as well as curry and thompson do. not only that the rest of the thunder team didnt space the court well.

thompson will benefit the same way. i expect he'll shoot over 50% from the field for the first time in his career by seasons end. who WOULDNT want to play with two other great shooters so that you get even more open looks?

Im not really sure why so many people are saying the loss of bogut is a big thing. he played a total of 74 minutes in the 2015 NBA finals when golden state beat cleveland.

It was a complete blowout going into the fourth. As a COURTESY to the opposing team, generally coaches will sit their stars out in a blowout once they reach a certain milestone. The 60 was that milestone.

Had it been a closer game, Klay would have played in the 4th. And had he played in the fouth, he definitely woulda gone for at least 70. Might have even seriously threatened to surpass Bryant's 81.

60 point games are a BIG deal.

There's been journeymen who've gone for 50 point games.... but generally only the elite scorers are able to get to 60.

I'm confident in saying that before the year is out, either Harden, Westbrook, or Davis will have a 60 point game.

Lillard on a good night also has a legit shot at reaching 60.

60 points aint shit. the truly legendary players like andre miller have had a game where they scored 50+ points and also had games of 20+ assists.

At the Same Time, it FULLY Illustrates Durant Wasn't ALL OUT for OKC Either, Even as he Played for Them...TWEAKING his Game in the Slightest Way Wasn't in the Cards...

And THAT's REED's Biggest Problem w/Dude...His PREFERRED Style of Play Took Precedence, as Opposed to ADDING to his Game...

LeBron James Came into the League a 6'8, 250lb PERIMETER Player...Dirk Nowitzki Came into the League a 7'0, 200andNATHAN Pound PERIMETER Player...They Both ADDED Post Play to Their Games Though...

While Bron Obviously has GIRTH and STRENGTH Over Durant (Not to Mention Athleticism in their Primes), There ISN'T a Single Thing Dirk Nowitzki Can Do on a Basketball Court that Kevin Durant CAN'T...
