Yeah, delivered in the most comical voice in superheroes movies evah.

Even sillier than Willem Dafoe as The Green Goblin

Well I like BANE....but his voice was annoying and I couldn't understand what he was saying...I watch it in the theater so is not like I could just read teh subtitles...that took away from the movie. And yes his death was very anticlimactic.....killed by the catbitchh...smh.

Agreed on his death. Anticlimactic no doubt. However, I may be in the minority here, but the fact that his voice was so peculiar and his words were difficult to understand at times...actually enhanced his character and made him larger than life and memorable.

I hate muffled dialogue in general. One of the reasons I didn't like Interstellar all that much was because of that. Then Nolan said he did on purpose because he's an 'artist'. Fuck off.

Interstellar was another average Nolan release.

I thought Bane was brilliant RIGHT UP UNTIL THE END. How easily he went out tarnished his entire character. But before then, I thought he was better than any other Batman villain in history, including Ledger's HIGHLY overrated Joker. I'm sorry, but Ledger's death overrated the fuck outta that character.

I didnt like the third batman as much, it played a bit bleak to me. I guess I don't want to watch superheros get beat up and crippled!

The joker was fucking brilliant. Ledger made that guy believable (incredible feat) which is the main reason DKs by far the best modern comic book film, imo

If Ledger was still alive, it wouldn't be nearly as hyped. Some people call it one of the best acting jobs of all time.... THAT I don't see.

This wasn't Pacino in Godfather, or DeNiro in Taxi Driver, or Hopkins in Silence of The Lambs.

It's overrated because of Heath's death.

I agree that it's overrated, but don't go the other extreme now. But yes...the best villain in that film was Two face not the Joker, IMO.

Going to the extreme would be to say that it wasn't a very good performance. That's clearly not the case. Ledger was very good as The Joker. He was a very good actor in general. But A LOT of people consider it one of the top 10 best acting performances ever, and THAT overrates it IMO.

And I don't think it'd be held in such high acclaim if Ledger hadn't died at the same time.

It's unfortunate, because had Ledger lived on I think he woulda turned in performances that surpassed The Joker.
