    Yep...agreed with cdogg.

Another 90s movir that slips through the net more than it should is Mulholland Dr. - insanely good.

Shawshank Redemption is a great movie. It'd make my top 10 list of 90s movies.

I have plenty of love for The Green Mile. It was an excellent movie. But the 90s is incredibly deep.

I think The Green Mile is top 20ish.

I've honestly gone back and forth on Shawshank.

In my younger days, I honestly thought it was the best movie ever. Obviously, my understanding of movies has evolved since then.

It's not one of the GOAT movies. But it is an excellent movie. I guess it's "fashionable" to shit on Shawshank, the same way it's fashionable to shit on Forrest Gump. Personally, I think Gump's a masterpiece of a movie and I think Shawshank is fucking GOOOOD!

See...I think Shawshank is many levels better than Forrest Gump. I think Gump is overrated as hell.

And I think it's an exceptional film. So many great scenes. The following scene is a particular favourite of mine...

    I enjoy Braveheart.....but at times I don't care for it....I like the first 30-45 minutes...then I don't care for it...then I like it...then I don't...OR maybe it's backwards..>I don't care for the first 15-20 minutes....then I like it for 40 minutes...then I don't...care...

The ending scene where Wallace is being tortured to death was very well done. The rest of the movie I don't really go crazy for. Not saying Braveheart's a BAD MOVIE, it's definitely not.... but it's no all time great movie either.
