Christopher Walken in A View to a Kill was an excellent villain.

By the way...not a villain per se, but the black guy in the Final Destination films (he had played Candyman) was a damn good character.

 

Candyman was a great villain in general and that movie is a horror classic.

 

I liked Christopher Walken's fallen angel Gabriel in The Prophecy better.

I know it's not a movie that gets a lot of acclaim, although it's a highly entertaining movie, but Gene Hackman played an awesome villain in The Quick And The Dead.
