At least Haye did something I didnt think he would: he was gracious in defeat:
"I've knocked out guys a lot bigger and stronger but he has the heart of a lion. I gave it my best and it wasn't good enough. He was by far the better fighter tonight. He dug deep and took my best shots and put me down.I would love to do it again, I have never been in a fight like that. If the fans want to see it again I would do it again. We'll do it on his terms, in his town - he deserves it.

The ankle was just one of those things. The better man won on the night. It wasn't my night. I didn't land the good shots, I was in good shape but his game was better than mine.It felt like a Rocky movie and I was one punch away from knocking him out but I couldn't quite do it."

At least he wasnt the cunt about it....

    In for a quick nibble.

Yeah he made it quite firm in front of an amusing lot in attendance that that there's a hat, there's a hat, dig as deep as Haye's dun'

So when do they feed him to vivian the broccoli? ....He was there, supply and demand as it were, be grateful.

Stylistically Bellew has more chance against Wilder's sloppy defense and telegraphed punches than against Joshua or Ortiz, but it is a long shot to say the least

DeGale confronts Groves at ringside. "Look a'heem, hees strugglin'. Look a'heem, he's broke!"

He's in a suit actually acting civilized. You're dressed like you work at a carwash and sound drunk as a skunk.

    Well Said...

Haye Could've Been Soooooooooooooo MUCH More...A Certified Boxing STAR on Both Sides of the Pond, Possessing LOOKS, the Gift of GAB and a Crowd Pleasing Style...

But @ the Core he was an OPPORTUNIST, Looking to SHORTCUT His Way Thru the Process...

    Good Riddance, David Haye...

    Yep...

Haye Allowed Others to POSITION Themselves Into Big Fights, Then He'd Show Up in the 11th Hour, Stealing Attention w/Threats and Bravado...

Boxing is a Sport Where You Truly EARN Everything You Receive...None More So than David Haye, Last Night...

He wasn't interested in being a professional prize fighter.

He punked out vs Wlad, tried to shift all the blame to Klitschko.

Then Chisora, another guy that Vitali and Fury had fought THRICE........he showed up at that press conference and turned it into a ghetto fabulous brawl and sold the ensuing "Rivalry"to a gullible British public who should have seen enough of him after the Wlad fight.

He lined up fights galore with Fury, and did nothing.

Then this contrived farce with Bellew, where Bellew would beat up Hayes gay American friend BlowJob Flores, threaten Haye from Ringside, and a new "bitter rivalry" was born, massive rivals, huge rivals, ask anyone.

    Total sham and farce.

Here's the fact-check.....David Haye has had like 5 fucking title fights in 15 years.

He pulled out of the Commonwealth games Semi-Final in 2002...an early start to his career habit of leaving fans disappointed in his no-shows.

Did he even fight once in America :dunno:

Yeah, and it' looks even more contrived when you consider that Team Haye didn't have a rematch clause.

    Haye's fucked.

He's got nowhere to go now unless Bellew gives him a rematch.

Thankfully, we've Been SPARED from Another Opportunity for David Haye to OVERpromise and UNDERdeliver, Garnering TOP Dollar in the Process, vs. Anthony Joshua....

Or Haye vs Wlad II , which would have been worse.

What we need is fresh blood, fresh impetus.

You forgot to add 'Fastest Hands in Heavyweight Boxing Since Muhammad Ali'.

No, Ian Darke/Adam Smith/SHYTE Sports....he steps-in fast and his punches follow.
Fast hands? Like fuck he has.

Also, how many boxers like evah, have had:
    1 - Toe injuries
    2 - Achilles tendon injuries

    Otherwise, agreed 100%.

Just watched and I couldn't be more thrilled with this outcome. His fans on Facebook are making injury excuses but I couldn't care any less.

I took pleasure in watching this short cut taking pussy lose to a guy he's a superior fighter to.

That said, I would absolutely RELISH watching him get KO'd by AJ. I'd buy the pay per view for that.

Haye was a pussy against Wlad. However, he showed GREAT heart here. The humilty seemed to be a political move to get a rematch. As much as he seems a decent chap, & fought a very good fight I've no doubt that Bellew would not last the distance against a 100% fit Haye.
