Decent scrap but Crolla got his arse kicked for the most part. It's hard not to will Crolla on - he's a great story - but the truth is that at this level he's game but limited. MTF

This fight blew. Seemed like Linares was playing with him. The only good shots Crolla landed, turned out he was being set up.
linares is frail and has a weak chin but offensively he is great to watch. throws excellent shots with proper technique and has a nice variety to his game
Announvers were hyping him as an opponent for Mikey Garcia but that fight would be over in a couplebof rounds and not even competitive imo.
An old, totally shot, and never-that-good-to-begin-with Kevin Mitchell had Linares in deep trouble. This is the same Kevin Mitchell that was blown out by Ricky Burns and Katsidis.
Crolla is a domestic level fighter who really over-achieved to get to the level he did, fair play to him for making some money out of the game, seems like a good egg.
