Cleveland is gonna be 2-14 next year regardless of who they draft. They're better off waiting until next year's stronger QB class before wasting a 1st round pick on one. If I were them I wouldn't draft a QB at 1 or at 12, and I certainly wouldn't trade up from 12 to draft one.
