Exactly, it's so ridiculous. My son told me yesterday that he wants Wonder Woman to bomb, because he's a Marvel fanboy. He's 14 though so he can have such an opinion. Rainmaker is in his 40s.

 

Lynda Carter had very little acting experience when she landed the WW role.

I'm looking forward to this one though. I was a fan of the Wonder Woman comics as a kid ( loved all the Greek mythology tie ins ). It's good that the DCEU is finally producing a good film.

One good film though is not enough to compete with the marvel franchise to date though. Marvel has consistently produced good film after good film.

 

IMO the only forgettable MCU films are the two iron man sequels. Avengers, guardians, civil war, ant man etc were all very good
