I was disappointed in Conor yesterday. No way should he be losing a verbal battle and a face-off to Floyd. He legit just looked happy to be there because he is finally getting paid what he deserves.

Mike respects Floyd as a fighter. Does he respect the man? Probably not. Two different personalities. You have a raw, blunt, unfiltered guy (Mike) who was arrogant in his youth, but can now admit his faults and insecurities.... versus a fake, scripted personality who's the most insecure fighter that ever lived, but will never admit it.

Mike personally likes guys that came from literally NOTHING like himself, which is why Duran was his idol.

How could he respect a dude as fake and as slimey as Floyd?

Another thing, Floyd wouldn't be able to get away with stacking the deck against his opponents the way he has done since he moved up to 147 and 154.

Against any true 147 or 154 pounder, he wouldn't have been able to negotiate any of those catch-weights or shady rehydration clauses that he criticized Pacquiao so much for doing.

That right there alone is a massive difference in what he would be facing when mythically matching him upwith other greats at 147 and 154
