DC/WB has greenlighted the sequel for 'Wonder Woman' which will be set in the 80's and Chris Pine will be back again even though they will need to explain how he can be back and in the 80's after Steve Trevor's fate in the first film.

 

Why is Stevie Trebor featured in the foreground of ths poster?

 

'Cause females want to see hunk Chris Pine, not Gal Gadot.

 

And the massive % of Lesbians flocking to this movie want to see whom?

 

That is already a presold crowd like all the hormonal male teenagers.

 

They need Pine to carry the acting of the movie. He's wasted in the Universe. Should have made him Green Lantern.

 

Even Pine could not have saved that terrible 'Green Lantern' movie.

 

For Justice League, not that movie.

 

I didn't think Green Lantern was that bad. In fact I've seen it 2 or 3 times. I rather like it to be honest.

Iron-Fist was a massive disappointmentioned and I think that character in this might turn viewers off.
Plus it doesn't have that super-hero 'look': they're mostly wearing suits / civvies

News from Comiccon:

• Michelle Pfeiffer is The Wasp. She will join Paul Rudd and play Janet Van Dyne - the original Wasp and first wife of original Ant-Man Dr Henry Pym - played by Michael Douglas - and mother to Hope Pym, the new Wasp, played by Evangeline Lily. Marvel boss Kevin Feige said: "She was our dream choice."

• Laurence Fishburne also joins the cast as scientist Bill Foster, who worked alongside Pym and became superhero Giant-Man.

• Relatively obscure Marvel villain The Ghost will also appear.

• Brie Larson's film - Captain Marvel - the first Marvel movie to be focused around a female lead - will be set before Iron Man in the Marvel timeline.

• Samuel L Jackson will reprise his role as Nick Fury and will have two eyes as it takes place before he loses one and adopts his famous eye patch.

• The villains in the film will be The Skrull - green alien shape-shifters.

Correction: he will be Black Goliath later known just as Goliath, NOT Giant-Man who is just Ant-Man as we know.

You missed out on the biggest news of it all. The Flash movie is will now be Flashpoint. If you don't know what that is, look it up. That storyline shits on the Avengers team ups and even Infinity War.

 

Howcome no one's reported it in the media? Because it doesn't have a release date.
And will The Flash successfully transfer from TV to movies?

I doubt they will follow the Flashpoint storyline faithfully because that would mean rebooting every single character introduced until now. Not a wise move to replace Gal Gadot right now.
