Floyd should win this fight easily.

  3. So I can change your prediction-pick, then?

Nope. Still going for the upset. Should does not mean will

  7. All this stuff hurts Conor. The more Conor makes Floyd think he's a legitimate threat, the harder Floyd would train and the more seriously he'll take him.

Floyd by KO 5...if McGregor force Floyd...then it will end sooner.

I think they need to run a computer simulation on this match to find out who will win.

  11. Floyd's going to give McGregor the Gatti treatment. Pure tattooing until McGregors corner rescues him.

This fight will not be competitive at all

He really should. This mismatch is hilarious.

But I wouldn't be at all surprised if Floyd plays it safe and fights him the same way he did Berto.

I still can't believe that he chose this as his 50th win.

You can't believe FLOYD MAYWEATHER would fight a boxing novice for 200 million dollars......really

Because over the years Floyd showed he cares more about legacy than money right?

  20. Why not?

It makes lots of sense (cents) actually.

First major UFC/Boxing superstars crossover fight. So that's history right there. Secondly it should be an easy fight for him. Thirdly it generates a lot of casual public interest.

    It's a genius move.

Personally, I think it's an unnecessary risk for a retired old man to take, but if someone offered me $200M to fight a novice I'd say hell yes too and by the way so too would guys like Leonard, Hagler, Robinson etc....don't even pretend otherwise.

  21. Floyd's legacy is having beaten more champions than any other fighter and having won more title fights than any other fighter and having won titles in more weight divisions than any other fighter ( except pacquiao).

That's a cool story HOWEVER i simply said Floyd always chose to improve his bank account rather than his legacy. Cant blame him. Hanz was saying how surprised he is he would fight McGregor for 200 mill..

  23. Off topic but Jeffy is not Hanz. Hanz was a mentally ill fat Indian. Jffy's posting style is completely different.

Seems like here and there people may be forgetting this basic truth.

I read there is a competing PPV in which Nedal is taking on the Chinese ping-pong champion in a tennis match. That one should be equally competitive.

  27. Jeffy

    Jeffy Undisputed Champion

This means nothing in a historical context since there are so many champions now in each weight class.

  28. He was generally considered THE champion at each of those weights. 140lbs was perhaps the only exception but even then...he defeated THE champion at 140lbs while that champion was still undefeated.
