Casual fight fans in general say idiotic shit.

But MMA fans tend to be more disrespectful toward boxing than vice versa. I'm glad that they've been humbled.

 

Snoop wouldn't call Conor a bitch to his face, but Conor wouldn't call Tyson a bitch to his face either.

 

We are not talking about Conor. Conor can back most of the shit he says up.

Real MMA fans shouldn't be humbled at all. It was a boxing match.

 

I dunno why you care. It's a "no shit" that no rapper can take any combat sports fighter.

That didn't stop TI from stepping to Floyd, but naturally, TI would have gotten knocked cold if the two actually came to blows.

 

I wouldn't mind seeing Conor putting a beating on that faggot Draymond Green though. Those two were exchanging words on Twitter prior to the fight.

Green swears he's some tough guy in the current soft NBA. If McGregor caught him out and fucked him up, he'd win some points in my book.

 

It's a bitch move on either mans part. Just shows no respect for the fighters at all. I would love to see Conor confront him on this face to face.

Comedian Michael Rappaport is the celebrity who's been going at Conor the hardest since the loss. Making a lot of Irish jokes about him, but Rappaport is Irish himself so he won't get any flack.

Rappaport is a big boxing fan, and also friends with Floyd.

Exactly my point. Many of them believed that Conor had the skill/power to beat a great boxer... in a fucking boxing ring.

You guys gotta admit, and by you guys I mean you and Anthony... there was A LOT of disrespect toward boxing going into this fight.

A LOT of MMA fans had no idea how intricate and difficult boxing is. They saw it as one dimensional sport that Conor could excel at because he's "different".

THOSE fans were indeed humbled on Saturday.

The best I can say for Conor is that he might have made for a quality pro boxer if he had adopted the sport in his teens behind the tutelage of a competent trainer. He obviously isn't without fighting talent.

Too old to learn it all now though.

I know who Aldo is, genius. He's the guy Conor iced in under 20 seconds because he lead straight in with his chin, boxing no-no 101.

Sparring is sparring. Obviously, Mikey would destroy him early in a real boxing match, but he accounted himself well for a guy with limited experience.
