It's not the best show ever made, but it's certainly watchable and holds your attention for the most part.

  2. I'm not a fan of Bryan Cranston and his quirky characters and roles....which is one reason I've not bothered with Breaking Win...errr...Bad.

Trust me. U will love him after BB. Zero quirkiness there.

Well the earlier season or 2 sure but as I recall anything after season 2 was dead serious

He may have been serious but he still had his characteristics

    Whatever man. He was perfect.

  11. Can´t get into Breaking Bad at all....sorry an all.

I have a low attention-span and a severe aversion to something that everyone (e.g. the dumb masses) like (and thats usually thick, stupid people who dont usually watch TV or Movies. They annoy me intensely, and I only have one wish for them to die slowly of cancer)

    Blasphemy. Ban yourself.

  13. It's the same with Game of Thrones: I lasted 11/2 episodes and just thought "why am I wasting my time with this dragons and swords shit"?

  15. Okay, I´ll start watching it next week because I was lying earlier...

How does Ozark compare to The Night Of?

  20. One thing I can’t figure out how Marty Byrde's (Jason Bateman) plan is “cleaning” the $8m.
He’s making all these extravagant purchases for his businesses and reporting that they cost more than they actually did.
How do that put the money in a bank legitimately?

I believe the purchases are also going through shell companies, and they are the ones putting the money into the banks. Not necessarily the local ones he's putting all the expenses through with.

The local businesses get to write off the expenses that don't exist, creating income for the businesses Marty is buying into, and the shell companies get the fake sales as a way to move the money on.

........or something like that. Don't quote me on it.

The Night Of is a higher quality show, but Ozark is just as watchable and maybe a little less work during the middle episodes to get through.

So "Breaking Bad" is an 8 for you? 9 and 10 don't exist, or are you saving those scores for "L.A. Law" and "NCIS Orlando"?

A casino is the way to go.

In fact, getting in with some Indian casino and dealing with the poltics in that. Hell, this would be a great idea for a Ozark/Longmire merger, since Longmire is about to end.

  26. Don´t you think Ozark can just continue with all the characters still involved on various tangents?

    BB is 10.

Not if you want to keep it fresh. You will have to continue to bring in new opposition.

  29. A cursory gance at its Wikipedia entry:
´Breaking Bad entered the Guinness World Records as the most critically-acclaimed show of all time´

    Hmmmm.....suspicious already.

I always thought the Heath Ledger television vehicle, "Roar", was the most critically acclaimed show of all time.
