Top 10 best villains ever in film

The villains listed cannot be antiheroes (protagonist with bad traits). Therefore no Michael Corleone for example. No Riddick or Deadpool either (not that anyone would have listed them anyway).

They MUST be the ANTAGONIST of the films.

If we're talking about a fictional character, I think it's Anton Chigurh. Probably the best ever single personification of evil.

Dr. Lecter can't make the top spot, even he had redeemable qualities. He legitimately cared about Starling and would never hurt her.
