Caught this last night. Good flick. Bank robbery road movie with Jeff Bridges basically playing a more reckless version of the Tommy Lee Jones character in "No Country For Old Men". I don't know about the Rotten Tomato score, but it was very good. Ben Foster was excellent. Chris Pine was ok, but I can probably think of a few other actors I would have rather seen in his role. 8/10
Yeah, the Rotten Tomatoes score is crazy for Hell or High Water. It's 99%. That' higher than The Godfather, Chinatown, and many others. It's not one of the best movies ever. 8/10 is the same score I'd give it. It should be closer to 80-85% on RT.
