I just watched Misery. Really great film and Kathy Bates' performance in it was exceptional. One minute she's a lovely, helpful, caring lady, the next she's a crazy, angry, twisted nutcase. Superb.

Very underrated performance.

 

Sexy shot, no doubt, but her face still looks like a boy to me.

agreed with Jennifer Jason Leigh. She always delivers great performances, even in crappy movies like 'Single White Female' and 'Rush'.

Alison Eastwood in Midnight in The Garden of Good and Evil (1997) a forgettable film directed by her dad, Clint Eastwood. Alison was the best thing about this film and it was too bad the film bombed because she deserved to had a bigger career.

 

Angela Bassett as Betty Shabazz in Malcolm X is one of my favorites.

Virtually any Meryl Streep performance you can argue is top class.

 

She was amazingly awful acting next to Roseanne Barr in 'She-Devil" her most phoned acting since 'Death Becomes Her".

Anyway I always found that Alison is Clint's sexiest daughter, even now at age 45. The media is all bananas over his youngest one, but I find her Na'vi-like eyes disturbing to look at even though she looks great in underwear.
