Jed York the genius just found a way to get the massive Niner fanbase back by trading a 2nd rounder for Jimmy Garropolo

WHY DIDN'T HE DO THIS EARLIER IN THE SEASON

Patriots were waiting to see if Brady got hurt before the halfway mark of his age 40 season before they cut Jimmy G loose for good, and getting what is essentially going to be a high 1st round pick for him from the Niners.

Ajayi going to the Eagles for a 4th rounder. Dolphins know they can't go anywhere meaningful with their QB situation.

Aren't there questions about Ajayi's knees? 4th sounds decent to me. RB's aren't deemed anywhere near as valuable as they used to be.

I'm reading gase dumped the guy to show the team someone needs to be held accountable. Ajayi is under contract for what, 2 more seasons after this of cheap labor. A 4th seems low

Apparently Ajayi and the coaching staff have been at odds for a while, probably dating back to last season when they left Ajayi home for the season opener in Seattle. I've heard rumors of him not running the plays as they are drawn up. Regardless, he's an incredible talent and they should have gotten more for him.

How About the PUTRID 9pts he Put Up vs. Green Bay???...Barely 50% Passing, 158yds and 0 TD's....Or the Whopping 12pts, 198yds and 1 TD vs. the Shitty Ass Niners???...16pts, 198yds, TD-INT Against the Rams???...

Awfully Convenient of You to Reference Total Stats AFTER the Motherfucker Passed for Nearly 500yds and 5 TD's in One Game...Didn't Have SHIT to Say about Him PRIOR to That Though, Conveniently...Just as it's Awfully Convenient of You to Reference the O-Line Whenever Wilson Shits the Bed....So Did the O-Line Play WELL the Other Day or Is this a Case of You Having it BOTH Ways???...

"Teflon Russ" is What he Should Be Called, Because Criticism NEVER Sticks to this Dude...Motherfucker Committed THE Biggest Turnover in Super Bowl History, yet NOBODY Criticizes Him For It...Sure, Carroll Called the Play but WHO Threw the GOTdamn Pass???....Compounding Matters is "Teflon Russ" was REWARDED w/the Highest Contract in League History, to that Point, Not Looooooong Afterwards...

For the Record, REED DIDN'T Start the "Teflon Russ"-Dak Prescott Comparison, YOU Did...But Since You're There, Take a Gander @ Dak's Stats Against Those Same Teams REED Noted in his Opening Paragraph...

To Reiterate the Point REED's Made for YEARS Now, No, "Teflon Russ" DOESN'T Suck, but he's Not an ELITE QB Either...Top 5, No....Top 15, Yes...He RODE the Coattails of Arguably the BEST Defense Since Ray Lewis' Ravens and a Prime Marshawn Lynch to Prominence...

And Since that Defense and Lynch have Declined, "Teflon Russ" HASN'T Sniffed the Super Bowl...He's OVERRATED, Period...He HASN'T Live Up to the Contract, Just as REED Told You he Wouldn't AND His Teammates Have Grown Envious Over the Fact his Game DOESN'T Match his Pay, Just as REED Told You Would Happen...

"'2nd Highest QB Rating of All Time"....Congrats!!!...

That Means as Much as Jamaal Charles Having the All Time Leading Yards per Carry, for ANY RB in NFL History...

So are the thunder coming out of the west this year reed?

If they had a draft of all players in the league wilson would go top 5

    Westbrook would not

Not Sure...Need to See MORE of Them...They'll Have SOMETHING to Say about Who Goes to the Finals Though...

You're Smoking CRACK if You HONESTLY Think Russell Wilson Would Be 1 of the Top 5 Players Taken in the League...He Wouldn't Even Be 1 of the Top 5 QB's Taken, Nevermind Players....

Fantasy Football Drafts are a GOOD Indicator of Shit Like This and REED Can Assure You Wilson is NEVER EVER a Top 5 Fantasy Pick...Hell, he's RARELY Ever Drafted in the 1st Round, Whether it's 10 or 12 Player Leagues...

Russell Westbrook Is and HAS Been a Top 5 Player @ his Position AND in his League..."Teflon" Russell Wilson has NEVER Been Able to Claim Either...

    Sorry...

Really? Which give quarterbacks would be selected ahead of wilson? There's rodgers for sure. And that's about it. You got some younger guys like wentz and watson but they are unproven.

I'm skeptical westbrook would even be taken in the top 10 of an nba draft

    Jesus, that rots.

Injuries are rotten this year in the NFL.

I don't know if it's my imagination, but it seems like guys are throwing their bodies around more recklessly, and defenses are getting better at holding ball carriers up and getting free shots at them to try and force turnovers then ever before.

They're not headhunting as much because of the concussion awareness, but they're definitely going at knees and rolling up ankles, almost as a strategy, it looks like.

Houston was literally a QB away from a title, they get said QB in draft, then Watt goes down, and said QB suffers the Derrick Rose.

At least they got a World Series.

Reed can you conceed that Pete Caroll is among the greatest coaches in modern NFL history, or does Wilson's success have you feeling so butt-raped that you are unwilling to make this admission also ?
