It's actually getting GOOD reviews but with caveats to its various flaws.

It's something when every DC movie employee holds their breath, hearts beating while they anxiously await the first reviews to come in while those at the MCU are like "Nahhhh. We got this: another resounding success"

 

Keep in my that many critics are paid by Disney. So if the movie gets "good" reviews, it actually means that this movie is AWESOME !!!

 

Where's the proof of this though?
I'm not disputing it's a possibility but yiu need to backup statements with facts or links....

Actually I'm more worried when critics like a movie. Wonder Woman was hyped up so much by critics and was average at best.

Actually it is getting some pretty bad reviews. With one article calling it a boring all around failure.

When even a DC groupie like Grace Randolph from Beyond The Trailer called it 'a mixed bag' and tried very hard to say she liked it, while most of her review had her extremelly disappointed with many things in the film and compared it to 'Suicide Squad', that is a clear signal that the 'Wonder Woman' movie was an isolated aberration, lightning that struck only once in the DCEU.

 

Ouch! many critics are calling it 'an embarrassing sequel'.

I mean, who else didn't see the obvious writing on the wall.
I called BS on the Wonder Woman conspiracy and DC is back to doing what DC does best: making utterly shit superhero movies...

 

Yeah I honestly don’t even like the Wonder Woman movie and I think Batman versus Superman is pretty good.

I compare Wonder Woman to the first Thor film. It wasn’t terrible but wasn’t good either, and the ridiculous alternate dimension/civilization thing from both films was hard to swallow and always in the back of my mind.

 

The first Thor film was GREAT...what da matter with ya?!

 

40% on rotten tomatoes? DCEU is finished!!!!!

DC Franchise needed this film to be good...everything was riding on it.

 

Maybe DC should sell to Disney too, at least then we’d get some decent movies. Oh well, they were always a second class comic so they may as well make second class films, it fits the narrative.

 

37% Rotten right now with 172 reviews in the can. It still will make a killing at the box office, regardless of the reviews. These films are critics proof.

 

How much does it need to take at the box-office to make a profit?

 

What’s funny is it’s pulling in a highly respectable 7.8 on IMDB based off of 23,000+ user reviews. Cue the Rainmaker conspiracy theory intro music because he’ll be here in 5...4...3...

 

I very much doubt Rainmaker has seen any DC or Marvel movie.
He's just a troll nowadays...
