Challengers give concessions all the time. Maybe not in this manner, but they often settle for small pieces of the pie and let the champion choose things like venue and ring size. To me, Parker's offering of gifts, etc. puts pressure on Joshua to fight him by drawing attention to his challenge. Just do not see eye to eye with you on this one. I see a challenger confident in his ability to win.
