What is the worst film you've ever seen?

I didn't like 2. Too much. It became 1 man expendables. Not cool.

 

Yup. I was massively disappointed in John Wick II, especially seeing the great reviews it got. Had a great opening scene, and then it just got stupider and stupider.

 

Wrong. The director, James Nguyen, was a complete novice who legitimately thought he was making a film as good as Hitchcock's Birds. That's what's so hilarious about Birdemic... that it wasn't made intentionally to be bad.

 

Are you serious? In that clip it looks like a hilarious comedy

 

In Travolta's defense, I don't think he's gonna be remembered for Battlefield Earth.

Besides Grease, and SNF, he'll always be remembered for Pulp Fiction as well... moreso than Battlefield Earth.

I made it about halfway but it was so insanely stupid that I couldn't handle it anymore

 

It was pretty forgettable. I remember it being not very good, but also not as bad as people were saying.

I remember thinking the book was actually pretty good. L. Ron Hubbard was a piece of shit, but the guy could write a pretty good fiction story.

 

Let's face it - they'e three iconic movies and that's all an actor really needs, right?

 

I remember a guy running thru the forest(not whitaker, but him too)...someone couldn't breath without a nasal strip or something...was there a girl/love interest in the movie?? there always is one in these fucking movies...

 

Dracula 3000. Fucking abysmal.

 

Omg I watched first 15 mins of birdening and this just might be the greatest comedy ever made. Fuck you haters. Can't wait to watch the rest

No it didn't. It was about 10 bad movies in a row that did that.

Sly might burst a vein with this one, as he's high on this film for some reason, but Armageddon is among the worst movies ever.

Armageddon is a horrible movie but it's still a professional film with professional acting ... I don't think films like that can ever qualify for "worst film ever" when things like "The Room" or "The Incredibly Strange Creatures who stopped living and became Mixed Up Zomies" exist

 

I almost did burst a vein reading such nonsense. If the film doesn't appeal to you, that's one thing but to call it among the worst films ever is just asinine.

 

It is a terrible, artless piece of crap serving as a springboard for explosions and special effects... the only human aspects are maudlin and cheap cliches ... it is by any objective measure a worthless film

Sly approves of the directorial brilliance of the master craftsman himself, Michael Bay.

 

There's literally thousands of films... Armageddon need not be in the bottom 100 to still be a worthless piece of shit devoid of any measurable quality

 

He's actually pretty good at what he does from a technical point of view. I just happen to hate nearly every one of his movies.

Caught the tail end of "Pearl Harbor" not too long ago. Some fantastic imagery caught of the Japanese attack on the U.S. Fleet...........................of course it's surrounded by a completely incoherent movie with shitty dialogue and useless romantic plot lines throughout.

 

He's a horrible director and has a tendency to paint both blacks and women in the most stereotypical light.

The main responsibility of a director is to tell a story, and Bay has no fucking clue how to do so.

The Rock is literally the only fun movie he's ever made, and you can credit that to Nick Cage, Sean Connery, and Ed Harris moreso than Bay.

 

You're barking up the wrong tree if you think I'm going to go out on a limb in defense of the directing chops of Michael Bay. He's good at FX and Setting up Camera shots, and that's about it. He's horrible at everything else.

 

Michael Bay is not my concern. I've never claimed to be a fan of his work.

I'm not here to say Armageddon is an all time great film either...it obviously isn't (because I know you'll change the narrative to that eventually)...all I say is that it's obviously NOT one of the worst films ever made, you clown.

 

As far as big budget Hollywood movies go, yes.... Armageddon is one of the worst of all time. And it's not my opinion that's in the minority, it's yours.
