Finally has been announced this morning. I just can't make a case for Parker beating Joshua. Just not big enough or powerful enough and will come off second best in the exchanges.

Agreed. Joshua seems to be willing to face everybody, which is good. Parker will go down slugging but go down he will

Parker won't come out all guns blazing. That would be foolish. Think he'll look to pick his moments, but he's not slick enough nor is his defense too good. AJ's isn't either but when they land bombs, I'm confident Joshua's bombs will hurt Parker more.

Fair play to both for taking the fight instead of milking their respective titles. Parker isn't very good but in today's market he is one of the best out there for Joshua. He'll go down swinging, but I agree with the consensus - Parker will go down.

Parker isn't that big a puncher and doesn't move his head at all. He is pretty tough though so I think he'll take it to the late rounds. His only real chance is to pull off a Homer Simpson.

Yeah andJ Joshua is no stamina-machine,for sure.

Another sell out at a football stadium between two so-so fighters

Parker gained respect from his bout against Takam while Joshua was bashed. However, Parker gritted out a narrow win whereas Joshua won every round

He is no machine but his opponents have always gotten tired before him

This could be Lewis (AJ)-Tua (Parker) all over again.

Parker's hand speed will make it interesting early but that's it.

    AJ will break him down.

  21. I don't see that styles comparison at all.

Black Brit vs Samoan Kiwi is the only comparison here.

Wlad knicked young broccoli while being pushed under water,.. but come the morn,.. he started to twitch. Usually when Putin hit his opponents like that back in the day they would stay good,.. be it a bit belated, natural justice took it's course, and we got to see Bigdawg for the first time in 6 years. :emoji_deer:

I wonder if Parker will try and nail AJ early. He has got pretty good hands. Is that his best bet? Or better to box with Joshua, remain patient and look for his openings? I hope he doesn't buckle after AJ lands his first meaningful punch.

Parker really only fights one way and only knows only how to fight that way. I just can't see him changing his approach/mentality. This could easily end very early and brutally.

  26. I don’t think parker hits all that hard. He’s got power but it’s no where near AJ or Wilder level. AJ has a little vulnerability in the whiskers but it’s not to the extent where Parker should be a major threat to hurt him . Parker seems to have a good chin but he’s never faced the type of firepower Joshua is going to bring. I think Joshua will end it by the 9th
