Cherry Garcia vs Rios: Final Predictions

I can't see how Rios wins, but I'll hope like Hell for the highly unlikely upset.

I expect Cherry to stop Rios inside of 8. I doubt Rios' punch resistance is what it once was.

He might get a corner stoppage if he steps it up. But Garcia only knows how to fight one way, one punch at a time. Rios if nothing else takes a good shot and Garcia at 147 hasn't shown convincing power.

 

I just have a feeling that Brandon can't take a shot like he could 5 years ago.

If they fought in 2012, Danny by decision. But at this stage, I think Garcia stops him. He SHOULD stop him imo.

If Rios goes 12, it's an L for Danny imo.

Brandon Rios shouldn't be going the distance with an elite fighter in 2018.

Spence, Thurman, and Crawford would all stop the current Rios.
