I picked Heavyweights because this is the weight class, due to its unlimited weight nature, then tends to have a host of fatties in there with relatively few chiselled warriors, unlike the lower weights.

Good examples of high definition warriors are:

Tyson
Holyfield
Wilder
Joshua
Wladimir Klischko
David Haye
Frank Bruno

I always though prime Muhammad Ali had great physique and proportion for a heavyweight.
Even as late as '74 he was in tip-top.

 

Mike Weaver was the most natural looking guy from the people listed, so he wins.

Hell, even the ridiculously past-prime Weaver that was KO'd in a re-match with Holmes was still ripped to shreds

 

Weaver had a brilliant physique for sure, probably the best ... Norton was more handsome though

How do you know ? Nobody was screaming on the roof that they were using it.

You have to be very naive to think Boxing was magically immune from it, while it was prevalent in a lot of sports at the time. And there's the Hazelton case, who used so much of it that he lost his legs and life ( though, not a proof of widespread usage among other boxers, but as I said before, nobody would admit to taking some, except in some very rare case)
