Growing up both Frank Bruno and Nigel Benn lived close to me. Not exactly GOAT contenders.

From Finland, probably Gunnar Barlund, who at his best was the #2 contender of Joe Louis and defeated Buddy Baer in style.

He learned his trade in Finland where there has never been any boxing coaches worth damn and he was about 6'2, 195 lbs, but since fighters back then knew how to actually fight and times were rough and no leap amateurs were accepted, he would have dominated the likes of Lewis and Joshua with ease

 

I imagine this guy would've been very "hard" as well.

Spence will easily go down as the GOAT Dallas fighter.
