  3. I never said Bruno didn't have power, I'm just saying that it wasn't better than Joshua's. Bruno didn't really hurt Tyson, he caught Tyson off balance with a left hook.

  4. Once he had Wlad hurt he was throwing combinations. Are you blind? What say you about the Whyte fight?

  5. I don't hate uncle Frank, he wore a cute dress in that one pantomime. lol

  6. Slice N Dice

Slice N Dice Big stiff idiot

Whyte was as good as laid out, to be fair.

I agree with MTF, Bruno is the best comparison by far, I've thought the same thing myself several times.

Just a big, solid, musclebound heavyweight with a very stiff, robotic style. Both of them have some basic boxing ability, but neither are particularly athletic, neither are fluid or tricky or have good defense or ring IQ.

It's amazing to me Joshua is the consensus #1 heavyweight, he is certainly an overachiever. I guess he's just about big enough and capable enough to beat the remnants of the HW divison.

  8. Joshua is being unfairly put down IMO. I can't believe people are comparing him with Bruno. lol

He's far more athletic than Bruno.

  9. Yeah they fight exactly alike...

Actually they're not as similar as I thought, they're similar on the surface, but Bruno has better feints and more power :D

Joshua is marginally lighter on his feet, but Bruno is definitely the guy he is more similar to than anyone else in boxing history.

As I said I am not a hater, I wanted to like the guy, but can't quite bring myself to be a fan of someone who is not only stiff and robotic, but has also become influenced by wald pussy and is now extremely tepid at world level.

And purely regarding how good he is, I remember after a few fights, maybe 5 to 10, people were like "Wow Joshua is SO much better than in the Olympics!", and when I did check out his pro fights I was like "Really?". To me he is basically the same guy. Marginally more fluid and polished, but not this dramatic transformation people were reporting.

If he manages to beat Wilder I'll say fair play, he is pretty good afterall, but I am not convinved, I think Wilder knocks him out cold. It'll be like Bruno getting savaged by Tyson :D

  12. Not only is Joshua FAR lighter on his feet he's also much faster handed. His punches are also more fluid and dynamic. It's a huge insult to Joshua to compared him with that Robotic Uncle Tom

  13. Lawd have Mercy! I cannot believe what I'm reading. lol

yeah, throwing some sloppy flurry at a near dead guy is enough to be considered the equal to Bowen when it comes to combination punching

  15. I mean just look at how SLOW Bruno's punches were. And Bruno moved in this herky jerky motion as if his joints needed oiling. lol

    Joshua fights NOTHING like him.

  16. I didn't say he was equal to Bowe....I said he is the best since Bowe.

So how much do you think this fight can generate? If Joshua took the 50m offer, how much would Wilder have got? Could this fight possibly make 100m~?

It will be for ALL THE MARBLES and it does have an American trying to bring all the belts home. Both are percieved as KO artists so there could definitely be some good hype behind it. How much would it do? You have to combine UK and US PPV numbers.

Lets see some actual numbers. You said the 12.5m offer was ouright bullshit. Back up your post with numbers. I am not saying you are wrong. I am looking for some education

Tomorrow is the Weigh In, but Eddie needed a sort of Angst-Angle today so he got them to have an unofficial face-off, to vent their ANGST.

    4. 2 Captivating, Marketable Men Who Can EXPRESS Themselves...

12.5mil was a Bullshit Offer Because it was Based On the UK Method of Promotion...Major UK Promoters Focus on ATTENDANCE, Whereas Their US Counterparts Stress the LIVE GATE...

Attendance Obviously Has a Hand In Both, But the GATE is Top of Mind for Big Fight US Promoters (Assuming the Fight Isn’t On PPV)...

Ticket PRICING Is the Core Issue; @ the Highest Level, UK Fights Charge LESS than US Fights.

Joshua vs Wlad and Joshua vs Parker Tickets were Both in the 40pound-600pound Range,Which Translates to Roughly $55-$815 American, if REED’s Not Mistaken...

By Comparison, Tickets for Wilder vs Ortiz were in the $61-$1166 Range, For What was CERTAINLY a Less Interesting Bout (Pre-Fight) from the CASUAL Boxing Fan’s Perspective...

A UK Bout that EVERYBODY Had a Vested Interest In Had CHEAPER Ticket Prices Than Wilder-Ortiz...And That was a Brooklyn Barclays Bout, Not Vegas...And The Discrepancy In UK vs US Resell Pricing Isn’t Even Worth Broaching...

Anyways, Wilder’s Peak Showtime Viewing Audience For Stiverne II was 887,000. Peak Audience for Ortiz was 1.2mil. The People that Watched Wilder-Ortiz HEARD Wilder Challenge Joshua in His Post-Fight...And That’s ASSuming They’d Never Heard the Name Prior to Wilder Saying It...

Anybody That’s Seen Wilder’s Last 2 Fights WOULD Watch Him Fight
Joshua, Guaranteed...Realistically, You Could BOOST That Number by 250,000, if Not 500,000...And this is STRICTLY the American Viewing Audience REED’s Speaking Of...

Only Thing That Could Hurt the Financial Windfall from Joshua-Wilder is a Certain Promoter Allowing the Bout to SIMMER tooooo Loooooong...

There is not a single, solitary fighter that AJ has laid out like Bruno was laying these chumps out. Not one. AJ has never put anyone to sleep in the ring. Bruno put one of these mooks to sleep with a left jab... :D

Bruno and AJ would be a good fight
basically two over muscled EUROS who GAS OUT due to their sloppy plodding and big muscles

Wilder is wild and throws windmills but typically does that once a guy is hurt and AJ will get hurt. The right hand of wilder STRETCHES people...STRETCHES

Wilder will go buck wild on AJ and make him wish he was a Euro male HOOKER

  25. Him being an Uncle Tom court jester sambo has nothing to do with my evaluation of his abilities I assure you. The guy was robotic and slow as fuck

He was, but he also had serious, concussive, 'knock-people-the-fuck-spark-out' power. AJ doesn't.

  27. Against bums, sure.

  28. I admit that Bruno had serious power but again he never knocked out a serious top 10 fighter let alone a champion. Bone crusher Smith was never the toughest guy and Bruno couldn’t dent him. Lewis took all his punches without flinching, witherspoon walked through them. McCall had a ridiculous chin so I wouldn’t hold that against him. Tyson wasn’t really fazed either except for a flash off balance situation in the opening round of their first fight. So although Bruno has somewhat of a highlight real...who did he do that against?

Guys like Lewis, Foreman knocked out top guys like ruddock golota norton and Frazier. Bruno didn’t ..know what I mean ‘arry? Har har har har har

Aye, but against similar levels of bums, Joshua has knocked the fuck out absolutely no-one. Not one person. And some of the chumps he has been fighting were three chains short of being heavy bags. Joshua hit some of these clowns with about a million unanswered flush punches to the face and still couldn't put them to sleep.

Bruno hit people loads harder than Joshua does. Loads harder.

Yeah, Lewis and Foreman hit people harder than Frank Bruno. Those are two of the hardest punching HW's of all time. No-one is disputing that. WHat is being disputed is the ridiculous idea that Anthony Joshua hits people as hard as Frank Bruno. He clearly doesn't.
