    Spinks might be the answer, but I don't think Cory was ever undisputed or anything and Leon's claim to being the worst heavyweight champ of all time is stronger than trying to make him out to being better than that.

    I'll throw out Ali. Laila's got a claim at being the greatest female boxer of all time and I don't think you can argue her out of the top 10. Her dad has the same thing going on for males.
