Halloween (2018)

Looks promising. It has the original players which includes JLC and the guy who played the original MM and it ignores every prior sequel including part 2.

They show him waaayy too much. Not scary. Didn't he also escaped in a hospital bus accident in part V? Michael is supposed to be older than Laurie, so this is an 80 something maniac?

And what they do now in these remakes is that they have a 'role' for one or more of the original members of the first or classic version...just to keep the retards guessing and/or interested.

For the life of me.... I cannot fucking understand what people see in the Halloween franchise. The original is nothing more than an INFERIOR version of the lesser known, Black Christmas.

It should not be known as John Carpenter's best film, as it doesn't hold a candle to The Thing.

 

No, Halloween is pretty cool. It was released in 1978 and was ahead of its time.

 

Is NOT a remake, you freaking moron: it is a direct sequel to the first film that is just ignoring ALL the sequels that followed that one.

 

Of course, everyone can guess the ending because they already working on another sequel to this...

Anyway, remember at the end of Halloween (1978 version), when Dr Loomis shoots Micheal Myers 6 times and he falls out the window?
This new movie shows that instead of mysteriously disappearing after being shot, Myers is actually taken into custody by the police and to the security-prison - thus ignoring what happened in Halloween II.

Cool, eh?

SO...because they are ignoring the last scene of the film in your mind this new movie is a fucking remake? I already mentioned this new film is ignoring ALL the sequels...including Halloween 2.

Just shows you short-an-attention-span and memory people have when you consider, Wow! Gasp! Jamies Lee Curtis is back! that she´s already been in two shit sequels twice already 20 years ago!

3-4 people I know have saw the movie this past weekend....."worse one in the franchise" "FUCKING SUCKS" "BAD"....so I'll be watching it...fuck their opinions...

 

8/10. Very solid. The one downside was this little fat black kid... horrible acting and made the scene look like a big unfunny joke
