It is absolutely hilarious that a Stevenson groupie has the AUDACITY to question any other fighter's resume. Mind boggling...

Only if you're simple minded. If you ever find me defending Stevenson resume and saying it isn't a huge deception, you might have a point. But you won't, so it has absolutely no bearing on the discussion. And even then, Stevenson has fought much better comp than Crawford AINEC

 

Spence-Crawford is the real super fight. Either guy would IMO beat Thurman in style.

Boxing needs this fight. More so than AJ-Wilder or Golovkin-Canelo 2.

 

How do you figure Thurman beats Crawford, JOM? Resume aside, tactically, how do you see Thurman winning?

I've seen little ass Gamboa tag Crawford a Million time because of his speed. Thurman is pretty fast himself, he will land a lot of right hands on TC. and he's not a midget like Gamboa, so I doubt TC will be able to turn the fight arounf the same way

Ummm.... I'm a Thurman hater? Wasn't aware of that. Also, the Garcia fight is the only official fight in which I picked against Thurman.

I called him beating Porter.

The FACT is this... Porter, Thurman, and Garcia are all roughly on the same level. They're good fighters.

Spence, and Crawford are a different caliber than those three.

 

As I said before, I'll believe TC is a special fighter himself when he defeat a good fighter in style. As of now, the guy he fought are at the same level as Quintana at best, and Thurman looked like magic when he faced these kind of guys

 

Thurman is a big step up from Horn, Postol and Indongo. Those guys were undefeated nobodies brought in to lose that pulled upsets against faded or obscure guys. Lundy, Jean, Dulorme, etc are fringe guys.

There’s really no evidence of Crawford being special and favored to whip all these elite guys without problem at this point. The only time he fought an elite guy he was a full weight class bigger and he won Margarito style.

 

Thurman is just not impressive, IMO. He fights like a leap amateur. And gets by on superior athleticism to his opponent.

No such advantage exists when facing top caliber guys like Spence and Crawford. Even a Kell Brook.

 

Strafing him potshots and forcing him to walk him down.

I like Crawford a lot but he still hasn't fought anyone of note in all honesty and you can understand where his critics are coming from. I would like to see him in against Thurman next. For all the shit Thurman receives, he would be a good name to have on your resume. He's athletic, can punch, has heart and throws shots you don't see coming. It's not an easy fight for Terence.

 

I've probably forgotten more than you know about fighting. You have no idea what you're talking about, and are underrating boxers in a big way, because you have a hard on for MMA.

9/10 the boxer would knock the MMA fighter the fuck out, before he had a chance to land a perfectly placed ankle pick and start bending his toes back etc.
