Whyte vs Parker has been signed

Interesting fight IMO. Logically you have to pick Parker but it depends on how he fights. If he’s negative like he was against Joshua then Whyte can win a decision.

 

We will be in for a good one if Parker comes to fight.

Wilder and Povetkin are the only Joshua fights I’d go out of my way to see. I like him but I don’t really care like British people.

 

Many fights are dangerous for Joshua. Having said that, Joshua’s chin isn’t as bad as people make it out to be. Both Whyte and Wlad are bangers. I don’t think povetkin can take joshua’s Firepower.

It's that and the style. Povetkin is no phantom but he's taken big shots before and just loves to throw a left hook inside a taller mans arcing shots.

Dangerous fight. If he cleans Povetkin out legitimately, it's a very very good win.

Povetkin can be in there all sweaty and red faced and looking like an obese guy who has been asked to strip naked and empty an Aviary .............and still be dangerous as all hell.

 

AJ probably figures that his size and reach are more than enough to negate what Povetkin brings, which is why they are willing to take this kind of fight when the big money with Wilder is just round the corner. They are probably correct, but Povetkin is skilled and is probably a more dangerous foe than Parker, because he throws harder and quicker punches, especially relative to his size.

If AJ takes this fight and wins it well, I agREE entirely that this would be a good win for him.

I’m one who believes that both AJ and Wilder are very vulnerable and should fight one another as soon as possible.

Povetkin could well upset AJ. Very dangerous fight for him.

I've only seen Parker once (against AJ). Based on that performance, it's hard to get excited about any fight involving him. I'm frankly surprised by all the interest in him. Did he have some good fights before he faced AJ? Wjy do people care about this guy? I didn't find him impressive at all and certainly not exciting to watch. What am I missing?

When Parker first appeared on the scene he was like 21 and Knocking guys old cold, its a shame his last 4 four fights hasn't displayed the power but he can crack.

Its a good accomplishment to last the distance against Joshua and he is going to remain a contender for a long time,the fight against Whyte is a good opportunity to come back in a big way.

 

The Joshua fight didn’t show it but parker can be an exciting fighter. Both himself and Whyte are arguably top 5 heavyweights and both men have only lost to Joshua.

 

I think it's a joke that this is a PPV fight. Parker lost to AJ and Whyte has lost to AJ, beaten Helenius and Lucas Browne. LOL.
