The Game of Thrones people seem to have respect for the story. I have faith in their prequels.

 

While I was no fan of The Force Awakens, at least that film was fun to watch on a first viewing (except for the Han Solo demise part) and it kept its sjw agenda very subtle. The problem with TLJ was that Kathleen Kennedy gave director Rian Johnson the liberty to TOSS AWAY THE J.J. ABRAMS ORIGINAL STORY TREATMENT that gave continuity with the first film and to come up with whatever he wished to do with the story. I am sure that Kennedy specifically told him about including all the pc crap that Abram had wisely left out in TFA.

Except for the Kenobi stand-alone (if Ewan Mcgregor is cast), I am not hyped by their two new trilogies: one is from Rian Johnson (possibly about the Force sensitive slave broom kids?) and the Game of Thrones guys, Benioff & Weiss, also have their share of misfires in their resume (X-Men Origins: Wolverine). So is a wait-and-see for me.

BUT...

if Kathleen Kennedy is fired all her greenlighted projects could come to a screeching halt.

 

Rian Johnson is a piece of shit loser. That Looper movie sucked. If The Last Jedi was entirely made up out of new characters, it may have been okay. Instead they gutted the franchise at the expense of 80% of the fandom.

The Game Of Thrones guys are great. Wolverine Origins wasn't as bad as made out. I liked it.

 

Looper did suck and so did Wolverine, neither film was worthy of a second viewing. Wolverine Origins is just as bad as it’s negative reputation.

Jeez, I didn’t realize the guys who did those 2 movies were in charge of the next Star Wars trilogies. The franchise is fucked.

 

There are rumors spreading in Tinseltown media today that Kathleen Kennedy might be gone by September of this year. Take that with a grain of salt. If true, mark a victory for the Fandom Rebellion!

 

The Blu-Ray sales for 'The Last Jedi' are disastrous. Disney is freaking out.

This is plain unacceptable. Many media outlets sjw writers continue labeling anyone who disliked The Last Jedi and boycotted 'Solo' as 'Nazi' "White supremacist', 'bigot', 'racist' 'xenophobic' and 'Alt-Right'. They keep citing obscure, never heard of 'alt-Right groups' whose facebook's pages have only 5 friends and whose tweets have only a handful of followers. The video below exposes this as a tactic of these same sjw writers to keep pushing a divisive agenda among fans and the population in general.

Fucking Last Jedi. More time that passes since I watched it, the shittier I remember it.

 

word. Horrible horrible film

 

I only saw about half of it and fell asleep because I was really tired at the time. What sucks about it so much? ( I don't care about spoilers)

 

It'll take too long to tell you on the things that were bad.

In summary it deliberately subverted all expectations set up by The Force Awakens. It basically rendered all of that buildup useless.

Additionally it had a 45 mins sequence, involving some casino planet, that lead to nowhere. It was literally a pointless waste of time that didn't advance the plot or the success of the rebels one iota.

It also introduced some rather questionable Force powers: hologram projection, force ghosts summoning lightening, a comatose Leia somehow force pulling herself through space and back onto a spaceship. Just stupid stuff.

 

That's when I stopped and thought "what am I missing here?"
So I restarted the movie, paid more attention and then realized this is a bad movie...

 

So it took you TWO VIEWINGS to come to that conclusion? LOL

 

Two viewings of the first 25 minutes, yes.
To be fair, I wasn't concentrating 100% first time...

 

George Lucas revealed what he had in mind for the new trilogy had he not sold Lucasfilm to Disney.

Rumor has it that Kathleen Kennedy was given the opportunity to pick her replacement and she choose her right hand Kiri Hart, Vice President of Development at Lucasfilm and head of Lucasfilm Story group, who turns out is the main cultprit of all the SJW PC shit we have seen on screen. The incompetence and lack of oversight Disney has been showing with the Star Wars franchise is becoming laughable. It almost looks like they’re purposefully sabotaging the franchise. Whoever allowed that woman to choose her replacement should be following her out the door.

 

Those Disney accountants are completely clueless. They saw that leaving Kevin Feige alone to lead Marvel was a great decision and they are doing the same with Lucasfilm.

Women need to stick to films like The Devil wears Prada and Sex in the city, and leave action flicks to men. They don't have the temperament for action.

 

Kathleen Kennedy surrounded herself with female staff. Men are currently a minority at the top levels of Lucasfilm.

 

If I was that one guy on the staff I’d definitely either be banging half or more of those chicks, dealing with some “me too” issues...or both.
