Would have been a war if Pavlik was at his best.

I lean towards a Froch stoppage, though.

Joe on the other hand, would have slapped Pav all over the place.

I doubt Froch would stop Pavlik. Kelly was tough, and Froch was no devastating hitter.

I think it woulda gone the distance either waym

Both would have been good close fight. Such a shame that Pavlik ruined his career with alcohol

If Hurd fought Munguia, it'd be the two biggest junior middles we've ever seen fighting eachother.

I think it was Fernando Vargas vs Ross Thompson when one came into the ring as a super middleweight and the other a light heavy.

Incorrect. Thompson came in at 170, but prime Vargas never put on excessive weight between the weigh-in and fight night. I think he was only in the low 160s coming into the ring against Thompson, and of course, proceeded to beat the shit outta that bum.

I remember Vargas weighed 164 on the night of the Tito fight, if im not mistaken... which is nothing by today's standards.

What I'm trying to say is... Nando wasn't a weight bully... unlike a certain red headed juicer.

"Casuals" don't even know the term weight bully. True casuals still think Floyd is the best fighter in the world.

Prime dedicated Pavlik was a real threat. Hard to pick a winner.

Pavlik might stop Froch. Froch was lit up by right hands from Glen Johnson and Pavlik was on a whole other level with his right hand.

Nah. Johnson was a tough, hard lightheavy. Pascal hit Froch with all sorts and he was a supermiddle/lightheavy. Pavlik was a hard punching middleweight.

The farmer was good at eating punches he saw coming and he isn't losing a face-first firefight with a middleweight. Speed was what did for Froch. Strong, upright tough guys were his bread and butter.

Pavlik claiming he moidered Taylor, except Taylor had him in shit street inside eight minutes. Pavlik was in much worse shape than Froch was.
