Both guys just weighed in a 153.8 and both looked in excellent shape.

 

Manguia looks like he's gonna pull a Canelo and put on 20+ lbs while Liam looks 50

 

Liam Smith can close his eyes and throw a punch and land on Munguia.

Munguia has terrible D but good offence and Liam Smith is solid so I don't know if Munguia can get this done. I think Liam Smith can take Munguia out if this fight goes past 6 rounds.

Lopez shows dynamic talent, munguia does not. Munguia is a big kid with some pop, if he has a chin then he may be something. He also has 3 times as many fights as lopez so he should be fighting a higher level of competition

Nonetheless, i've always maintained ali sucks. Just cuz he pulled a win out of his ass vs a shot, injured cotto I haven't changed my mind on him

 

We'll see. Even in watching Munguia's non-Ali fights on Youtube, I see a level of offensive talent that certainly not every prospect has.

Of course, if Smith pulls the upset tomorrow, I'm gonna look like an idiot... but if Munguia gets exposed I highly doubt it'll be against this Euro level palooka.

 

I like munguia and hope he does well, just not sure on him yet
