Aek Athens got out their europa league group last year and we conceded 3 goals in two games vs them with simunovic, boyata, crommper and lustig all sidelined. Our defence is bad but we ain't '5-0 defeat in the europa league' bad

AEK didn't press us at all... and Europa isn't going to be us and three AEK clubs in a group... there'll be at least one club right near CL level, teams that aren't going to only have 30% of the ball on us, teams where it will be us with the 30%... we've had far more of the ball than our opponents both in Europe and domestically so far and we still concede goals regularly

Ooft life's a wee war today....thought a wetherspoons lunch would quell the gremlin but it's just angered it further. Up the back of Celtic park with a vodka and Fanta, sweating greasy contrition. CELTIC!

The glorious Marco Reus deliberately hit that in off the defender's noggin.

Witsel was a good signing. Who knows how long he'll be around though. Might be the mercenary type.

Witsel had Prem League written all over him from around 2008 but unlike Kompany nobody ever made the leap.

Naingolaan also. Wound up in Italy.

Is the match in tiny window in the bottom corner while the rest of the screen is filled with ads with the audio 5X louder? :D

NBC shows an EPL match every Saturday, usually whatever the later match of the day is... yesterday it was Liverpool vs B&H

FOX has Bundesliga matches on Sunday

Great one touch pass and strike there. Could be a candidate for the McDonalds combination of the game. However the goalkeeper's save kept it out which will likely be the Geico save of the match.

Only could Geico could help you save more.

BVB need to get on the ball more. They don't appear to have the speed to play on the counter against this side. Even if there's a small opening those defenders are able to close down the spaces very rapidly.
