Floyd likely owes the government a lot in taxes again.

He HAS TO FIGHT to clear his debts. And Manny is his highest payday. Floyd obviously figures that he beat him before so he can beat him again and it takes him to 51-0.

It's still risky due to the age and inactivity, but he's probably safer doing this than taking on the likes of Golovkin or Canelo, or one of the prime champs at 147 like Spence, Crawford, or Thurman, whom he would probably lose to at this point.

The way it appears, Floyd will probably end up having to do such thing unless he becomes a little more judicious with his spending habits.
