Khabib is the most overrated fighter I saw in my life. He hardly has any names on his resume at all. Michael Johnson? really? A decision over a green RDA?? A decision over Barbosa?? A decision over Al Iaquainta? If Conor has half decent TDD this will be a mismatch of epic proportions. Khabib is the most overrated fighter in the UFC's history.

Someone who has fought Griffin, Cerrone, Guida, Stephens, Tibau, and Dunham among others can not possibly be considered “green”.

It's not so much the decisions. It's the way he completely nullifies and ravages the opposition. Like the rape job he did on Barboza. Even the fight against LaQuinta which many people felt was a disappointing performance by Khabib because he didn't finish LaQuinta. He dominated him and bloodied him up over 5 rounds and busted him up with a jab on the feet. Khabib may have more avenues in beating McGregor than we think.
This is gonna be fun though. McGregor has the punching power and the ability to create distance although his stamina seems to be an issue. He could catch Khabib coming in. Although it will be interesting to see if Khabib has a real chin.

McGregor has reportedly signed an eight-fight contract extension with the UFC, according to ESPN. The contract restructuring comes ahead of his fight with Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 229.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, though ESPN says that it includes his Proper No. 12 whiskey brand as a sponsor for every show that McGregor fights on. McGregor said at today’s news conference for UFC 229 that the brand will be an on-canvas sponsor for UFC 229. The deal does not include any boxing rights.

If Khabib gets him on the ground with a decent amount of time left, it’s a wrap

Would be crazy if Khabib KTFO McGregor on the feet. Kinda like how DC put Stipe down.

When does Floyd ever KO anyone? Unless the guy puts his hands down and lets him tee off.

A scrub like Nate Diaz fights McGregor no worse than even and Khabib is going to have trouble? Khabib is going to dominate.

If McGregor has learnt anything from the Mayweather fight, he should end Khabib in one round.
    Otherwise...

Nate Diaz had a considerable physical/size advantage over McGregor. He was accustomed to fighting bigger guys hence why he was able to withstand the smaller McGregor's offense.

What did he learn from the Mayweather fight other than that he sucks as a boxer and has sh*t stamina?

This Lewis guy is a fat shit with no stamina, no speed and a big punch. Any heavyweight boxer like Joshua or Wilder would have knocked his as out in one round in the octagon or not

I’m not gonna say he didn’t break his hand but I think he and his corner knew Pettis was done. He was folding under Tonys pressure and couldn’t move his legs anymore to get off the cage. Dude had nothing left.
