He's probably still dangerous after the final bell too but unless you are James Butler it doesn't make a difference.

Tyson Fury is going to see more stars that night than if he attended the Oscars.

Will it be Calzaghe Lacy or Jackson Graham?

There aren't many stars at the Oscars, at least not as many as there used to be.

Gypsies are no better at boxing than anybody else, any more than Asians are better at maths.

Culture, not race or creed, makes it happen.

Wilder's power is frightening and if Fury's going to win this, he's going to have to show one hell of a chin or powers of recovery. I just can't see Fury avoiding that right hand all night long. He's going to get caught at some point.

All of this presumes that Fury doesn't land his own big shots first.

I doubt he does but he's a big man and all men over 200lbs can punch.

Very “inter-resting” (copyright Manny Steward) fight. Two unbeaten giant new millennium heavyweights, both looking to have what the other possesses (WBC belt or Lineal title), both arrogant, both loud mouthed boasters, one a banger, one a slickster, one British, one American and yes.......one black and one white.

    Will be a spectacle.

Agreed. We can’t assume that Fury can’t hurt Wilder because he can.

So, if fightbeat distinguished scholars are right, Fury should be the fan favorite in the US in that fight

If you're right, the anti-Tinker bias will kick in and poor Fury will be hated on by the judges

Why would international or (probably) american judges have any anti-tinker biais? Most american don't even knows what a traveller is

You seem to have absolutely no clue about what a strawman argument is, my confused little friend

you should actually follow some conversations instead of always chiming while being completely oblivious of what's going on.

Fury's going to do a number on Wilder.
    Either points or 10th-rd stoppage.

I am rooting for Fury but the thing is a la McGregor you cannot play this business and Fury was out for a long long time with nothing in the line of a proper comeback.

    I favour Wilder, just.

Fury should show him somethings for sure and if Fury has 12 rounds of gas in him, then he can pull this off.

I am just not sure regarding his conditioning.

    That shit was painful.

But I will say that you can get a semi literate baboon to look magic on the pads and have a guy like Marciano look rudimentary on them.

The closer this gets, the more tempted I am to throw some dosh on Furry bollocks.

Maybe. The fight couldn't come at a better time for Wilder. With Fury having been out as long as he has, plus the alcohol and drugs can't be good for him. And Wilder's right hand hits hard enough to do serious damage.

I just have a feeling that even a rusty Fury is gonna neutralize Wilder's right hand and win similar to how he did with Wlad. I think his feints, movement, and jab will throw off Wilder's rhythm completely, and I'm not so sure Wilder has the variety in his offense to provide anything different.

Wilder has the puncher's chance, but I see him getting outboxed.

Ortiz outboxed Wilder. And even damn near knocked him out. And he still lost. That's why I'm finding it hard to pick against Wilder here. Fury may not even be the toughest opponent Wilder's faced.
