Still haven’t seen Split and I have to get the missus to watch Unbreakable first which is going to be a y’all order.

Agreed. They trashed Venom, but it is actually a very cool movie.

 

Unless a movie is seriously badly produced/acted/scripted, it shouldnt really be trashed with 'below average' reviews or scores.

 

The trailers got me interested.

 

Well I got the wife to watch Unbreakable and as expected, she hated it. But what does she know? Here is a woman who can watch The Green Mile over and over again but didn’t like Shawshank Redemption just because I was the one who showed it to her.

Anyway next step is for us to watch Split which shouldn’t be too hard since it’s based in her favorite genre, horror/thriller. After that we’ll be ready for Glass.

 

Now I know this movie will be good.

 

Most reviews on IMDb are positive. I trust "regular" people's reviews more than critics'. I will check this and Split out. Not expecting much beside some good popcorn entertainment and the usual MNS twists.

 

Another movie I want to see soonishly. Tome Hardy being "handsomely hungover" is usually a good time.

 

Exactly. Wtf is this critic bullshit. Its just an extension of advertising masked as some impartial ‘expertise’ on what we’re supposed to like. Cunts like Mostarda eat this shit up like it’s gospel.

Dramas are my favorite and action flicks in the vein of Mission Impossible are my second favorite. Everything else I don’t care so much about.

I find this score hard to believe. I thought Split was shit and the trailer from Glass looks like more of the same. Anybody else see this and has an opinion to share? It’s on the movie channel now and I’m going to watch it eventually but I’m just curious if it’s as bad as I expect.
