Let's take a terrible miscast that actually happened... Sly replacing Michael Caine in Get Carter.

What a fucking disaster that was.

Caine played the role as a smooth talking, ruthless psychopath... Sly mumbled through it like an idiot.

How bout Antonio Banderas replacing Javier Bardem in No County?

Yeaaaa... the film's luster goes to shit.
