    Less than a week away.

Not the fight I'm most looking forward to on Saturday. I'm FAR more excited to watch Inoue and Josh Taylor than Wilder's sloppy ass.

Much as I would love to see Breazeale KO this clown, it's not happening. Breazeale is garbage.

Wilder by brutal KO inside of 5.

Oh, and Gary Russell is fighting Kiko Martinez on the undercard. What a sad mismatch that is.

Russell's career is quite a disappointment. However, in his defense, he wants Santa Cruz... but Santa Cruz wants no parts of Russell.

I think a Russell vs Davis matchup might be the target. Russell wants it, and Ellerbe said he'd love to make it.

It's certainly an easier fight to make than Davis vs Farmer.

Russell has a good win over Diaz and he took on Lomachenko. Russell's problem, as you suggested, is that he does not fight often enough.

Breazele is scared to death of this clown, so I expect him fold once Wilder puts real pressure on him. Will probably happen early.

I expect Russell to walk over Martinez.

Breazeale is bad, no question, and you know I'm a big Fury fan but yeah, Fury's opponent is way worse. At least Breazeale has fought at world level and he has a few good second-tier wins. Never even heard of this Swatch Watch fella Fury is fighting.

Taylor will best Baranachyk by beating his body and battering him bloody before bringing him back to Belarus in a box.

Wilder is the Champ. We hold the Champ to a higher standard.

    Brezeale.

Inoue is clearly the best fighter on the card. Even Taylor knows that.

Brezeale IS a “Higher Standard” Than TOMfuckingSCHWARZ.

    That’s REED’s Point.

And so he should be, as it's a Championship fight.

    Fury's fight is a time-marker, it;s a keep-fitter.

Here, a contender is being held to a higher standard than the Champ?

If That’s the Case, Fury Needs to IMMEDIATELY Stop Stroking Himself as the “Lineal Heavyweight Champion” Then.

    Can’t Have it Both Ways.

If Wilder Needs to Be Held to a “Higher Standard”, Fury Needs to CEASE and DESIST w/Placing HIMSELF Amongst That Standard, At Once.

If Fury is earning millions of pounds above what Wilder is on the sole basis of having advertised himself as the Lineal Champ, then so be it.

    But he's not.

Fury get's paid what he gets paid for reasons beyond ranking.

Breezy already got smashed in one big fight, he offers nothing, he's got a title shot off nothing but Fury's 3rd fight in 5 years should be a rematch of a fight he already won?

    Hmmmmm

Breazeale and Schwarz both are acceptable stay-busy fights for top contenders.

Imo Wilder and Fury are in pretty much the same situation, both top contenders with somewhat credible claim to the title, yet neither of them is The champion.

As it is, Breazeale as top-20 guy is clearly the more credible opponent.

Also, Inoue is probably the best fighter in the world at the moment, as he is further away from his contenders than Loma or Spence, who are in next positions

If Inoue and Loma were the same natural size I think Loma would get fucked up. That should answer who I think should be ranked higher.

In super feathers Loma did very little wrong though. I agree that now as he is a lightweight, he hasn't been quite as impressive so far, which lowers his p4p status

    Nope...

You're Holding Fury to a LOWER Standard On the Basis of Wilder Being "The Champ", Yet in the NEXT Breath You're FINE w/Fury Making CHAMPIONSHIP Money? Worse, You're Affording Fury a PROXY Win Over Wilder???...

"Lineal Champion"...PROXY Win Over Wilder...WHYthefuck Are You Fighting Tom Schwarz Then???...

Brezeale > Schwarz, PERIOD...Wilder's Fighting the BETTER Guy Undoubtedly...

fury makes more money than Wilder because he is a better draw.

Draw, in boxing, has always been related to but separate from matters of competition and resume, and quality of opponent.

Fury;'s mouth and story are a large part of his superior draw.

Fury is not compensated better for fighting better opponents, he is compensated for being a better draw.

In boxing, you don't get what you deserve, you get what you negotiate.

Breezy is a shit opponent for any undefeated HW champ to be fighting, period, and the stench cannot be repudiated by illusory or sham arguments about who Fury is fighting.

The entire matter is a sham.

Fury, who beat Wilder when they met, is being punished for declining to repeat a process which deprives him of due process, everytime, namely fight Wilder.

Fury is expected to make money for Wilder without the benefit of due process.

Make Wilder money, make Wilders name, get nothing.

Fury is therefore correct for withdrawing from this sham process, and it is telling that Wilder has not sought out an opponent of Fury's caliber, merely one that is marginally better than Schwarz.

    Fury doesn't have Proxy wins.

    Fury beat Wilder and Wlad.

Be it that Fury has a win, a loss, or a draw to Wilder, it would never be "PROXY" in any event, as he actually fought Wilder.

Let "Proxy" lie where it belongs , with people like Floyd.

    Wrong,

Fury Makes More Money Than Wilder Because Bob Arum OFFERED Him an Absurd Amount to COCK BLOCK Wilder-Fury II from Happening...Simple As...

So it's Okay with YOU that "the Draw", the "Lineal Heavyweight Champion" Faces Certified FLOATSAM Like Tom Schwarz, Yet You're Getting Menstrual Over a LEGIT Top 15-20 Opponent Like Brezeale???...That Makes NOfuckingSENSE Whatsover...You're Bitching for the Sake of Hearing Your Own Voice...

You Keep SAYING Fury Beat Wilder, but that DRAW on Fury's Record Indicates OTHERWISE and You KNOW it...

You AND Fury are Caught in a Contradiction You CAN'T "Negotiate" Your Way Out of...He's Facing a WORSE Opponent than Wilder, Yet You're on Fightbeat Bitching About Wilder's Foe...

Again, Don't Beat Fury's Chest on Being a "Draw" or the "Lineal Champion" if he Can't Even Face Opponents Motherfuckers Have HEARD of, @ Least...

When You Repeatedly Say "Fury BEAT Wilder" that's a PROXY Win....Go to Boxrec and Look @ the Official Result of That Fight...

Fury Fought Wlad and TOOK Wlad's Belts from Him...Fury Fought Wilder and Wilder STILL Has His Belts w/Him...

    PROXY Win...
