I've been on a health kick, no beer for two weeks, loads of fish and berries. I'll pray god to send you my surfeit health I'm not really using all of it

 

I put away a load of strawberries which I didn't wash. Fistfuls of tescos fruit and nut mix. When I was shitting, I could see unmistakable husks of the peanuts floating, totally pristine, on the surface of the bowl. Literally had passed right through unaffected. As had the little olives in the bits of processed "Istanbul" slice I had wolfed down last thing on the night of the crime itself. Once I saw them I knew it was coming to the end. There was literally nothing more in the tank. Round 15 baby.

Got up today, had a few coffees, toast and a few chocolate wafers, needed them.

Was sure I had caught something from the dog, so I googled a load of protozoa and what have you that were related to gastro intestinal issues.

 

I never fell off. Young Hut had to save me from falling out the window though in shock at the result. He gets all the VIP treatment due to his heroics.

Germany-Spain hasn't been too bad. Quite a few chances but no quality on the end of the shots. Late goal gives Germany a half-time lead.

 

Spain had them early doors. Right now I would characterize womens football as great breaks and link ups, with generally poor-average finishing and poor-average defending.

That Germany goal was a calamity. Keeper has to hold it, and that full back was fast asleep. She had ALL DAY to clear that ball.

Yeah, most of both teams' shots have been straight at the keeper. I've seen better defending down at CB Hounslow United on a Sunday afternoon.

 

I know Marta of Brazil who is/was definitely the most technically impressive female footballer I've seen and I know some of the names of the US players past and present because they're kinda the Brazil of women's football
