Im always surprised that some have been watching boxing for years, and cant realise that a 6 feet 8 giant that move so fluidly is very hard to beat
I agree he does those things well relative to the era he competes in That's the issue. No one can handle the second part... immediate outrage
F era. Which giant in history had the moves and fluidity of fury?? Not saying he's an atg, but he would obviously hold his own in any era
F era Let's just F any attempts at assessing the sport we follow... F it all... just say everything is awesome or else you're a hater or someone's grandfather
No, i meant f era in the sense that you cant find anyone in any era who have comparable size, fluidity and abilities.
Yeah man, when youre claiming the hw from 10 years ago were vastly better, you need to remove your nostalgia tinted glasses. Edit: well, i do t think cdogg ever said this, but my comment makes me laugh so its staying
Marciano was also a late comer to boxing, and he was a midget and not nearly as athletic as wilder. Does that mean that this era sucked also?
Fighters Are Beholden to the Era They Fight in Bruh, It's Not as if There's a Choice in the Matter... As Such, REED's Never Understood the Importance of Arguing Who's Good Per THIS or THAT Era...Good Relative to the Era You're Competing in is GOOD... This is Why REED Rarely Comments on the Mythical Matchups Section...For as Much as we THINK We Know, We Never Actually WILL Know...It's an Exercise in Futility... REED
I've gone into detail on this 7000 times and am sick of typing it when nobody reads it ... so let's just continue on happily not talking about the same things, dudes ... at the end of the day, it doesn't really matter
What does any of this have to do with the genius of GGG's KOTY over the most dangerous MW in the world? "He's so good "he makes 'em look like nobody."
I think GGG is very close to having the shit knocked out of him by a fighter many would have viewed as vastly inferior. He has that look about him now......never a good sign to see a guy throw left hooks at a target right in front of him and miss. He has definitely slipped, and been slipping, for some time.
