Spice Girls lose scooter case appeal

THE Spice Girls are facing a bill for around £1 million after losing to a motor scooter company they had sued for £220,000.

Three judges at the Court of Appeal said the group had been guilty of misrepresentation over Geri Halliwell's departure when they signed a contract with Aprilia World Service to promote its scooters.

They said the misrepresentation over the £500,000 sponsorship deal had had a wider impact on the Italian-owned company than had been found by High Court judge Mrs Justice Arden in August last year.

Case is from 2002. Basically the Spice girls had misrepresented that they were staying together as a Quint unit and Aprilia signed them up to promote some new product.

Turns out 2 of the "girls" {one of whom was 43 year old Gerri Halliwell} promptly fucked off ASAP leaving Aprilia with a product that was endorsed by 3 out of 5 of the girls.

Funny........she fucking quit.......and then tried to sue on the basis of unpaid royalties and fees derived from an agreement the very essence of which was her continued membership of the Spice Girls.

Venal thick as shit lass. Spouted crap about "Girl Power" then married some Hedge Fund/F1 guy and moved to North London.
