Maguire is a £30m player with a £50m "English, Quality, Saw Him at the World Cup" surcharge.

Maguire looks like a big, cumbersome, rugby-player who can't keep the ball for more than 5 seconds.

UK citizenship (especially of the English variety) is the most valuable piece of paper in the footballing world.

Spurs-Inter kicks off at 3:06pm today. That's a very precise kick off time.

I was literally studying that screenshot and the KO time was the only piece that stood out. I was thinking...."What's he saying here, apart from his phone is still plugged into his charger"!!!

Haha. Yeah, I left it on to charge overnight. I'm feeling battered and bruised today after playing football yesterday. Took a knee to my hip going for the ball, now my right side is sore as fook. Legs are in bits too.

I did 11 hard rounds on the bag.......only 1 minute at a time but I can throw 60 shots and it's a 150lb Lonsdale bag. Lots of guys do "3 minutes"....but it's all bouncing around throwing shapes. It's hard to keep your hands moving for 60 seconds in 25 degree heat. Then I did a few rounds of skipping and a fast 20 minute bicycle ride. I think fast killer bursts are the way to to go.

Sounds like a solid workout. God the heat yesterday was intense. No breeze, nothing. It stuck to you. Didn't help either that my fitness is shocking.

I've gotten used to it by now. My fitness is shit. It was better when I was smoking and working instead of reading.

Too much caffeine, blood pressure got high, very dizzy if I squat and come back up......but I am fixing that now with the short intense bursts and heavy sweating.

It's live on the BBC which might not be available in your racist/unwoke/not with it/bigoted territory.

The fact that it's BBC is the reason - we usually get SKY/BT Sports telecasts via FOX Sports, albeit with Português commentary.

I can't remember any Charity/Community Shield match except the Keegan v Bremner affair.

the BBC are definitely doing "live" highlights, in game, so I presumed they had rights?

    Bet365 are showing it.

I put £10 on Hamilton in-race at 6/4 and that came in and £5 on Hamilton/City pre-Race at 5-1 and that's at £22 right now.

It's on BT Sport. As soon as this has finished I'll stick on Bristol City-Leeds on sky. Leeds to follow Fulham, Brentford and Cardiff and lose?

Brentford dominated Birmingham from what I read. Brum had ONE shot on goal and scored one. Must have been one of those games. Yeah, first opening day win since '87. Huddersfield at home next.

Another chance goes begging for Sterling. Why he didn't go for an early shot I do not know.

He's not that smart as a player. Once he loses a half-yard of pace he will be for the knackers yard.
