I wonder if they got points on their action figure sales. Funny story about that was when I was a kid I had a friend who had pretty much every Star Wars action figure and vehicle created. I would go over his house and we’d play with them together and somehow it’d be the most boring shit ever.

The latest rumor circulating on the internet is that supposedly 'Star Wars: Episode IX: Rise of Skywalker' involves time travel. While exploring the crashed death star wreckage seen in the trailer, Rey gets impregnated by the Dark Side of the Force remains of the ghost of the Emperor . Rey tries to hide in the past in a planet similar to her own...Tatooine, and assumes the identity of Shimi Skywalker...Anakin Skywalker's mom from "Episode 1: The Phantom Menace"!!!



This, if true, is the most stupid idea from all the new Disney trilogy. I want to puke.

 

Wait, you bitch about the shittyness of this trilogy yet plan to continue to support it? After suffering through TFA I swore off watching another episode of the trilogy. I watched Solo and thought it was decent, entertaining and actually better than Rogue One, but I have not and will not ever watch TLJ. Especially after the constant crap I keep hearing about it.

Nobody complains about Star Wars more than you Panchy. So why go watch more?

 

Where in my post says I am going to watch this film? I am not supporting it. I am actually trashing it by reporting this stupid rumor. I am actually boycotting this film like I did with SOLO, which I finally watched it on Netflix and it was LAME. There is no way that was better than Rogue One, which in turn was much better than The Last Jedi. I complain about Star Wars because I was a devout fan since 1977 when the first film blew my mind. Now I feel like a husband who abandoned his cheating wife/girlfriend and feels the need to trash her at every opportunity.

And will continue doing so until someone fix this mess Disney created.

 

You supporting was an assumption on my part based on how you worded it.

I thought Rogue One and Solo were on equal footing as being okay films. Unlike you I won’t try to push one opinion over another. Neither film pushed the envelope, in either story telling or creativity, I just personally found Solo more entertaining probably because it came off less like a Star Wars film than any other one that’s been put out.

I get that you love the Star Wars franchise, but as far as this present trilogy is concerned, it was over from the start and there is just no rescuing the rest of the story now. Just hope any follow up shows or films will be better but personally it would shock me if they ever make one that is simply very good.

The Force Awakens was entertaining albeit not very original, yet entertaining. So I was hoping that the following film would be equally entertaining, yet more original. Never crossed my mind that the sequel, The Last Jedi, would be on a mission to kill everything I loved about Star Wars.

I am still hopeful 'The Mandalorian' tv series won't be as cringe worthy as the recent films.

Disneyand spanking brand new Star Wars Galaxy Edge park is a flop! No crowds since it opened. Disney facing BIG loses and is now cutting hours to employees. That is what happens when they pissed original trilogy fans by making the park almost exclusively based on the new films and ignoring the iconic characters. And they are still working on a new ride "Rise of the Resistance" based again on the new 'beloved' movies. Disney CEO needs to fire some people (Kathleen Kennedy & crew of SJWs) for ruining the Star Wars franchise. I hope the new film flops massively too.

hopefully Obi-Wan travels back in time to look for some prehistoric plant with medicinal properties, but then some evil Jedi follows him to stop him....the Jedi/dinosaur crossover has limitless potential, for instance there can be an entire episode where they're fighting each other in the sky whilst riding on pteredactils

 

That would be more interesting than what probably we will get: stranded in Tatooine, before becoming a strange old hermit, Obi wan finds a job at a nearby Mos Eisley cantina where he is bossed by a black or Asian female who is transgender. Each episode will show how Obi Wan restrains himself from using the Force against his lady boss and ultimately realizes that she is right and he is a white male chauvinist and accepts her philosophy of life to destroy the patriarchy.

Fans need to voice their displeasure by boycotting the final film. They need to let Disney know that they’re not going to support every halfassed effort the studio puts out and that Disney needs to care more about the fans than fucking toy sales.

 

They did when they boycotted SOLO and also avoided Galaxy's Edge park, but I am afraid not everyone will stay home this time for the final film. Still I foresee that while it will make money, it will be the less lucrative than the previous two... way less.
